Welcome at this beautiful flat in the center of Innsbruck, right next to the Triumphal Arc.´The flat has two large bedrooms. Both bedrooms have a large boxspring bed, wardrobe with mirror and table with chair. The third room can be used as a small bedroom (e.g. for Kids) and has 2 single beds. Furthermore the flat has a kitchen which includes a dish-washer and Nespresso coffee machine. Bathroom and toilet are seperated. House rules: 1. Checkin: checkin is possible anytime bwteen 3 and 10pm. After booking you will receive a checkin manual with all necessary for a self-checkin. 2. The maximum capacity of the flat is 6 person, this also includes children of any age. 3. Parties or gatherings with more people than booked for the flat are not allowed.

Hello, I'm renting out the flat below my personal flat. If needed I'm around but I also leave you all the privacy you need. Please note that this is a privately owned holiday appartment and therefore has no receptionist or luggage storage facility. Early/Late check-in/out is possible for an additional fee and based on availability. House rules: 1. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the flat or on the balcony. If you want to smoke, please go outside on the street. 2. Please be considerate of the neighbours and keep the noise down, especially between 10pm and 8am 3. If you checkin early or checkout late without getting written approval you automatically agree to pay 50% of an additional night for less than 3 hours early checkin/late checkout and 100% of an additional night for more than 3 hours early checkin/late checkout. 4. When checking out please follow the procedure as indicated in the flat (note is sticked to the inside of the flat door). 5. Please follow all instructions concerning keys carefully. Not putting keys back at the right place (especially putting the keys from the lockbox right back) might mean that my cleaning staff or other guests can’t get in.
