Our bungalows are ideally situated in order to give you the best view of the lake from your very own private terrace. Bungalows come fully equipped with kitchen, bathroom, barbeque, beach access and much more. Our award-winning restaurant "Seewirt Spiess" is located nearby, where a broad range of regional and affordable dishes can be enjoyed on our scenic lake view terrace! You can be sure to receive high quality, personal service - we pride ourselves on getting to know each and every guest, to ensure that your holiday is definitely one to remember! Each morning, you can expect fresh bread, cheese, meat, and other breakfast items, as well as the daily newspaper available for you to collect. Our bungalows provide you with the comfort of your own home, while on holiday and are perfect for families!

Our family is made up of Claudia and Seppi Spiess, their son Matthias and his girlfriend Jennifer. We are all very different but that just means we all bring something extra special to the team. Claudia loves to make traditional Austrian dishes in the kitchen which you can taste if you visit us in the restaurant. Her most famous dish is "Kasnudel", every child's favourite food in Carinthia. Seppi is the king of the garden, he looks after all the herbs that we use for making our homemade juices and cocktails and takes care of the beautiful roses that grow on our restaurant terrace. Matthias is our resident wine and beer sommelier and is always happy to give you some advice if you're looking for the perfect accompaniment to your meal. Jennifer comes from Ireland and has been living in Austria for five years. As a typical Irish girl she loves to chat and meet new people so working here is a dream for her! For all our differences, we do have one thing in common and that is to ensure that your holiday is one to remember.
