*To descripe this property I can use only one word - LOCATION!!! It is situated perfectly on a small street named Humboldtgasse, only 200 meters away from the main train station and 15 minutes walking distance from the gorgeous Belvedere Palace. *The apartment itself is a small and very cosy one room apartment. It is on the ground floor without any stairs. Pretty comfortable for people with luggage ;) The apartment is fully renovated and equipped with a kitchen, bathroom with a shower, double bed, free WIFI...actually all you need to have a great stay in Vienna. There are also all kind of info broschures and maps in the apartment. You will find them right next to the coffe. *The train station is new and the part of the district is also with new and modern buildings but our building is from 1880, with typical architecture and you will be able to feel the spirit of this century.

The street behind our building is a big trade street with a lot of shops and coffee houses. There is also one big shopping center where you may do your daily shopping. The supermarket has also a restaurant where you may have lunch and dinner. Of course the highlight of our neighborhood is the train station where you have more than you will need - coffee, restaurant, take always, tourist info, shops, supermarket (open also on Sunday!!!) and a subway that takes you for 3 minutes into the heart ❤️ of the city. Friday evening and Saturday you have subway 24 hours. Isn't that great!
