Die Küchenzeile ist mit einem Backofen, einer Mikrowelle und einem Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Ein separates Bad mit einer Badewanne, einem WC und einer Dusche ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Kabel-TV und kostenfreies WLAN sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Zu den Einrichtungen im Gebäude gehören eine münzbetriebene Waschmaschine und ein Trockner sowie ein Abstellraum für Skier oder Fahrräder. Der saisonale Außenpool, Tennisplätze, ein Golfplatz, Mountainbikestrecken und der Hochseilgarten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Gegend ist beliebt zum Skifahren und im Sommer zum Wandern, Radfahren und Klettern. Der See von Zell am See (15km) macht eine schöne Radtour (Stadt-, Berg- und E-Bikes können im Dorf gemietet werden). Dort finden Sie eine große Auswahl an Wassersportmöglichkeiten und Stränden. Vom Flughafen Salzburg trennen Sie 43 km und vom Bahnhof Saalfelden 5,5 km.

Practically everything can be reached on foot in 5 minutes or less. This comfortable 3rd floor studio apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, central heating and washing & drying facilities. The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, shower, pedestal basin and WC. Sleeping arrangments are provided by a comfortable king size drop down wall-bed - traditional Austrian with 2 single mattresses and quilts on a double base. We also have a travel cot for an infant plus a highchair. The SW facing balcony has seating and a table for al fresco dining, with views over the picturesque village to the hillside meadows & mountains beyond. Maria Alm is the jewel in the crown of the Hochkoenig region of Salzburgerland. In summer Maria Alm offers walking tours, mountain biking, valley cycling. climbing, archery, tennis, an outdoor swimming pool and water park, high ropes course, and has its own 18 hole golf course. It also boasts the world's first forest slide park - 5 huge slides whizz you from the top of the mountain, through the trees and into the valley. In winter skiers and boarders can enjoy 150 kms of linked pistes with a good mix of blue, red and black slopes and lots of off-piste tours, a top station height of over 2,000m, and 3 snow parks. Those who have discovered Maria Alm keep it a closely guarded secret, and skiing is queue free. The region has an impressive snow record but just in case there are 110 snow makers and 200 snow lances. Your ski pass is valid for the immense Ski amadé region with access to 720 kilometres of pistes and 270 lifts. Off the piste Maria Alm also offers well prepared winter walking trails, 2 floodlit toboggan runs, ice skating, horse-drawn sleigh rides, and 40 kilometres of cross-country skiing.
