It is located in a quiet district close to the city centre, the hip „Naschmarkt“, and the central train station. The flat is in top condition and is situated on the top floor of a classic fin de siècle building. It has a spectacular view on the Karlskirche and the Kahlenberg and has a direct access to its own roof terrace where you can enjoy cool sundowners and cosy outdoor meals.
The penthouse is situated in a central location in Vienna’s 5th district and just 10 minutes away from the central station as well as from the 1st district, historical centre of Vienna. You can reach Schönbrunn palace in 20 minutes of Belvedere Palace in 10 minutes by public transport. Wiedner Hauptstraße, a lively boulevard with many shops and good gastronomy, is in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
