Right from the moment of your booking, I am there to help you with all your questions. Sure I have many questions to answer throughout the day, so I also try to make it as easy as possible: Right at the booking I send you all the information you need to know, for your stay. From the online check in, to my key boxes and the information on the inside of the entrance door of your apartment, I try to answer all questions beforehand. The rest amount can be paid on site.
