Ein kleiner Bade- und Angelsee befindet sich direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft und in der näheren Umgebung gibt es viele Wanderwege.

We are located at the foot of the mountains, right across from Camping Neunbrunnen. There is a small lake, idea for swimming in the summer,and skating in the winter. The apartment is the top floor of our house, you have stunning views of the mountains and fields that surround us. If you are lucky you can see the deer grazing in the morning and evening. There are numerous hiking trails and walking paths.In the winter the cross country ski trail goes right by the house.

I am originally from Vancouver BC. I have been working in the tourism industry for more than 20 years. I speak fluent German, as well as some Spanish and French. My husband was born and raised here and is a certified mountain/ski guide and guiding can be arranged.

Maishofen is just outside of Zell am See. We are 4 kms from Zell am See, 10 kms to Kaprun and Kitzsteinhorn. Our community is centrally located to almost all of the top tourist attractions. Salzburg is an hour by car. Along the way are several attractions such as the Ice Caves, Salt mines in Hallein, Burg Werfen. and many more. There is plenty to do for families and children during the summer and winter. 270 kms of groomed ski runs await you in the Saalbach/Hinterglemm ski area. The first lifts are less than 10 kms by car. There are regularly running ski buses as well.
