As owner of the property I have a lot of experience in travelling all over the world and I know the need of young, travelling people or people which are studying or working here. So I would like to offer accomodation within my IRC | International Residential Community and opened the Guesthouse Ecuador. I offer pick-up service at Hbf (Railway & Busstation) or Airport.
The Guesthouse Ecuador is a quite small, familiar (non-smoker) apartment, but with nice rooms, shared kitchen and shared sanitary facilities, but it has also an separated single apartment for 1-4 people with own bathroom and own kitchen. The location is very central, some minutes on foot, by bike or car to the center, to the university, to the lake, not far from the Main Railway and Bus Station (Hauptbahnhof). It is just 100 m besides of the UKH - Hospital for Traumotology. Maybe it can be interested for people, their friends or relations are hospitalized.
The house is in a quite, but centralized area in the city of Klagenfurt. There is enough parking space in the streets nearby. You can use the park / garden, from all rooms you have the view on it. The rooms are bright and friendly, oriented to the west or south. Supermarkets just some walking minutes.
