This is a very large Studio Apartment with separate kitchenette and bathroom. It is situated in a very quiet apartment house within a a very peaceful environment. The building also has a recreation room, gym and indoor swimming pool free of charge. It is really secure and ideal for kids to run around or cycle.

I love hiking, cycling and skiing. Music is my absolute favorite and that is why you too can also enjoy good quality of sound with our state of the art music system in the apartment. Please listen responsibly as the neighbors do also have the right to a peaceful environment.

The building is set within the grounds of Schloss Grubhof Palace. Immediately to the back and the right-hand side of this area is the Grubhof Camping that has a kids playing area, restaurant and access to the river. There are many cycling, hiking and walking routes around the building. Pick up a leaflet from House A reception for further details (you can use your entrance key to access House A). The villages of Lofer and Sankt Martin Bei Lofer are less than 1 kilometer to the property. Both of these villages have restaurants, bars, cafes and lovely Churches to explore. Lofer also has a cable car which you can take in summer. In winter you could use the cable car to go skiing in one of Austria's best skiing resorts. Please be aware that the cable car is expensive in winter (only fair since the farmers do all the work and should be rewarded). Lofer also has an outdoor swimming pool with slides, cafe and grassy areas. There are many nearby places that you can drive or cycle to. For kids we highly recommend the Triassic Park in nearby Waidring.
