A very nice and quiet place with a beautiful view onto the lake. Just a view minutes walk away from the lake. Hiking, Cycling, Swimming, Skiing, Crosscountry, Nordic Walking, Kayak and Archery - just in front of the door. One nice appartement - the whole area for our guest only! No other guest! You can take your breakfast comfortable on the terrace with the morning sun. Just relax and injoy the nice weather and the view.

Our appartement is close to the forrest and the lake. Its a very nice, sunny and quiet place with a beautiful view. Just a view minutes walk to the Bleistätter Moor - Slowtrail and the Ossiacher Lake. Our place is close to the mountains like Gerlitze with 1909 m above sea level. You can also go there with the cable car. Hiking, Cycling, Swimming, Skiing, Crosscountry, Nordic Walking, Kayak, Archery, a zoo, children's playground, Shipping on the lake, toboggan run, crazy golf, golf, parachuting, sailing, and a lot more. Perfect for family-holidays, couples or singles. You will find a very good transport connection at our place! There is a train station directly in our village, about 10 minutes to walk! The highway (Villach) is about 20 minutes to go by car. You can take the bus or the train to Feldkirchen, Klagenfurt or Villach,.. There are enough parking areas around the lake!
