I purchased this flat as it was in a brilliant location 2 mins from the lake which you can just about see from the window and within walking distance of the town center and ski lift (5 mins) but not so near to it that you got the noise! The apartment also has an allocated parking space which is very important in Zell am See! I liked that flat that it was in a traditional Austrian building but divided into several privately owned flats. I have completely re-furbished the apartment including state of the art fold down beds! The apartment is comfortable for 2 adults but can accommodate a family of 5. 4 adults is also possible but it would be a bit of a squash! There is a private heated boot rack and ski storage area as well.

The local area is very friendly and there is so much to do you will have to come back for many years - i am still discovering things that i haven't done and i have been here for 20 years! The big house at the back is now unsafe so the local authority have put a fence up in recent weeks for your safety. If you are coming to ski the best lift pass to get is the supersalzburg lift pass then you can ski in 22 resorts for not much more than the standard pass. There are loads of resorts within a 45 minute drive.
